# Disclaimer and Terms of Use

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
Index last reviewed: [INDEX REVIEW DATE]

humanpeptides.fyi (the "Site") is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use, including this Disclaimer, govern your use of the Site. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

**In short: humanpeptides.fyi makes no claims of its own.** It is an aggregate of what other people have studied, published, said and posted about peptides and related compounds. Every benefit, effect, nickname and quote on the Site is attributed to and linked to its source. Nothing here is medical advice, nothing here is authoritative, and the Site is not the original source of any of it.

## 1. Educational information only, not medical advice

The Site is for general educational purposes. Nothing on it is medical, pharmacological, nutritional, legal or other professional advice. Nothing on it is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a recommendation for any person.

Using the Site does not create a clinician-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship, between you and us or between you and anyone quoted or cited on the Site.

Do not use the Site to decide whether to start, stop or change any medicine, supplement, peptide or other treatment. Talk to a licensed physician or other qualified health professional who knows your medical history. Never ignore professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.

## 2. Emergencies and suspected poisoning

If you think you or someone else is having a medical emergency, call 911 in the US, or your local emergency number, now.

If you think someone has taken too much of a substance, had a bad reaction to one, or been poisoned, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 in the US, or your local poison center.

The Site cannot respond to emergencies, and messages sent to us are not monitored for them.

## 3. What the Site is, and what it is not

The Site is an index. It collects, summarizes and links to what others have published, stated or reported about compounds that have been studied or used in humans. Those others include regulators, clinical trial registries, journals, product labels, reference works, news outlets, explainer websites, clinics, sellers and online communities.

We are not the original source of any study result, statement, report or quotation on the Site, and we did not conduct any of the research described. The Site makes no claims about what any compound does. Where an entry describes a benefit, effect, risk or use, it is reporting what a cited source says, not asserting that it is true. Read every such statement as "the cited source reports that". The Site is not authoritative. If a summary on the Site differs from the original source, the original source governs. Read the original before relying on anything.

Some content on the Site is our own: plain-language summaries, benefit titles, the evidence tier assigned to each entry, category and goal groupings, and the labels that describe each type of source. These are editorial judgments we make to organize third-party material. They are not findings of fact, regulatory determinations or clinical assessments.

## 4. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness or currency

We try to summarize sources fairly and link to them accurately. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, current or free of errors, or that a linked page still says what it said when we cited it.

Research findings, products and regulatory status change, sometimes quickly. Information may have changed since the index was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of this page. Check current information with a regulator, the product's official label, or a licensed professional.

The Site is not a complete list of compounds, studies, benefits, risks, side effects, drug interactions or reasons not to use something. If an entry lists no warning or side effect, that does not mean the compound is safe for you or for anyone.

## 5. Regulatory status, and what inclusion does not mean

The index deliberately covers very different things side by side: medicines approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or another regulator, compounds still in clinical trials, unapproved substances sold online, products sold as cosmetics or supplements, nutrients that are not peptides, and blends that have never been studied as a combination.

Approval is specific. A regulatory approval covers particular products, uses, patient groups, doses and routes of use. Approval for one use does not mean the compound is approved, safe or effective for any other use, including uses discussed on the Site. An entry marked "Approved (specific use)" may appear next to benefits that fall outside its approved use.

Many compounds on the Site are not approved by the FDA for any use in humans. Some are sold labelled "research use only" or "not for human consumption." That label is the seller's statement. It does not mean the product has been tested for safety, purity, identity or strength, and it does not make human use safe or lawful. Products from these sources may be mislabelled, contaminated, or not what they claim to be.

Many of these compounds are prohibited in competitive sport, including under the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List. If you are subject to drug testing, check the current list.

Laws on buying, possessing, prescribing, compounding, importing and using these compounds differ by country and by state. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are.

Including a compound on the Site is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a suggestion to obtain, buy, use, prescribe or give it to anyone. Describing a reported benefit is not a claim that the compound produces it.

## 6. No dosing guidance

The Site does not give dosing, dose schedules, cycles, stacks, mixing or reconstitution instructions, injection instructions, or advice on where to buy anything. Do not treat anything on the Site as any of these.

Some summaries mention an amount or a schedule because the cited source did, for example the dose one group received in a clinical trial, or an amount people described taking in an online forum. These mentions are reported only to describe the source accurately. They are not recommendations. They are not safe or effective doses for you, and they may not even be an accurate account of what was used.

## 7. Anecdotes, testimonials and community reports

Some entries summarize or quote personal reports from online forums, social media and similar communities. Where shown, these are labelled as anecdotal or community content.

Anecdotal reports are unverified. We do not know who wrote them, whether they are true, what was actually taken, how pure it was, how much was used, or what else the person was doing at the time. They are not typical results. They do not show what any other person will experience, and they are not evidence that a compound works or is safe. People with good experiences are often more likely to post than people who saw no change or had a bad outcome.

We attribute community reports to "Anonymous user" and the forum or community name, never to a username.

## 8. Quotations

Quotes on the Site are short verbatim excerpts, attributed to the speaker or publication, with a link to the original. An excerpt is shorter than its source. It may leave out context, limits or conclusions in the original, and it will not reflect later corrections. Read the original before relying on any quote.

A quote appearing on the Site does not mean that the speaker or publisher endorses the Site, any other content on it, or any compound.

## 9. Third-party links and websites

The Site links to websites we do not own or control, including those of regulators, journals, manufacturers, clinics, sellers and online forums. We link to them so you can check what we summarized.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, products, services, privacy practices or security of any linked website. A link is not an endorsement of the website, its operator, or anything sold there.

Some cited pages belong to businesses that sell the compounds discussed, and some of those pages are product pages. We cite them only because that is where a claim, product description or ingredient list was published, and we label them as vendor or clinic sources. Do not treat any link on the Site as a place or a reason to buy something.

We do not receive payment, commissions, free products or anything else of value from any seller, clinic or manufacturer for including, describing or linking to them. The Site has no advertising and no affiliate links. [CONFIRM with operator before publishing.]

You leave the Site at your own risk when you follow a link.

## 10. Trademarks and product names

Drug names, brand names, product names and trademarks on the Site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products and compounds being discussed. That use does not mean any owner is affiliated with, sponsors or endorses the Site, and no owner has reviewed it.

Some entries are named after blends or products as they are marketed by sellers or known in online communities. We use those names only because that is how people search for and refer to them.

## 11. Images

Photographs of people and of the body on the Site are AI-generated illustrations. They do not show real people, patients or users. They do not show the results of using any compound, are not before-and-after images, and do not depict any particular condition, product or outcome.

## 12. Adults only

The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you are younger, do not use the Site.

## 13. Permitted use and our content

You may view the Site, link to it, and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

1. copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Site, including its compilation of entries, tiers or summaries, without our written permission;
2. scrape or bulk-download the Site in a way that burdens it or bypasses any technical limits;
3. use the Site's name, content, evidence tiers or summaries to advertise, market or sell any product, clinic or service, or to suggest that we endorse or recommend one;
4. present content from the Site as medical advice or as our recommendation; or
5. use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Our original content, including the selection and arrangement of the index, our summaries, and the Site's design and code, belongs to [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] or its licensors. Third-party material belongs to its owners.

## 14. No warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL CODE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the extent the law allows.

## 15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR OWNERS, OFFICERS, CONTRIBUTORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO (A) YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, (B) ANY LINKED THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE, OR (C) ANY COMPOUND OR PRODUCT DISCUSSED ON THE SITE, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO [LIABILITY CAP, FOR EXAMPLE US $100].

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

## 16. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and for how you use information from the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] and its owners and officers against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs of defending them, to the extent they arise from (a) your breach of these Terms, or (b) your republication of Site content, or your use of it to promote or sell any product or service.

## 17. Corrections, removal requests and copyright

To report an error, an outdated status, a mislabelled source or a broken link, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. Include the page address, the statement you are questioning, and, if you can, a source that supports the correction. We review reports against the cited sources and correct, relabel or remove content when warranted. We may not reply to every message.

We cannot answer personal medical questions or give advice by email.

If you wrote a forum post or other comment that is quoted on the Site and you want the quote removed, email us with the link to the original post. We will remove the quote. If your post is summarized or linked rather than quoted, tell us and we will review the request.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: [DMCA AGENT NAME, POSTAL ADDRESS, EMAIL]. Include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the address of the page on the Site where the material appears; (c) your name, address, telephone number and email; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

## 18. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If we make a material change, we may show the first-visit notice again. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. A change does not apply to a dispute that arose before the change was posted.

## 19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY AND STATE], and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you live in a country whose consumer protection laws give you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights still apply.

## 20. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Notice are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. Headings are for convenience only.
